Registration forms can be completed online at www.christian-horizons.org under Camps and Vacations. You may also download and print registration forms.
There is a $200 deposit required for each camp and a $500 deposit required for each vacation applied for. The deposit will be processed upon receipt. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure. All deposits will be returned should the application not be accepted.
